Day Pass or Membership is Required and Verified for our Off-Leash Play Area

1 - Prior to gaining access to the off-leash yard, you must check in with a Neighborhood Bark Staff and enter the park in a calm manner.
2 - Dogs must be on-leash unless they are in the off-leash yard; in the off-leash yard all dogs must be off-leash.
3 - No children under 16 are allowed in the yard.
4 - Dogs must be at least 4 months old & Fully vaccinated.
5 - All personal beverage containers have to be empty upon entering, and verified by staff, No outside drink allowed.
6 - Beverages can be consumed anywhere, but food must remain in designated inside area ONLY and is prohibited in the yard.
7 - No Personal Balls or Toys: Only facility-provided balls and toys are allowed for play.
8 - Please keep barking to a minimum. Dogs who can’t handle their barks will be asked to be removed from play until they settle down.
We reserve the right to ask any dogs to leave at our sole discretion.
9 - The dog park is for dogs, their parent(s), and those guests that may be accompanying them. Membership or Day pass is required for the off- leash yard. -All users must be registered members & or signed our liability waiver (or a human guest of a member) to receive access to the off- leash yard. Waiver is also posted at our off-leash Entrance.
10 - By entering the yard, you permit Neighborhood Bark Staff to handle your dog, correct if needed with water spray bottles, shaker cans and break up any fights in any manner we feel is necessary.
11 - Although Staff are available in the park to help supervise your dog, they are not intended to be the sole monitor.
Make sure you are paying attention to your dog's behavior.
12 - Each owner is solely responsible for their and their dog's actions and assumes all liability for damages suffered by any person or dog injured by the member or the member's dog(s) while utilizing the dog park.
13 - Aggressive dogs are not permitted in the off-leash yard.
14 - If aggressive behavior is observed, immediate action will be taken: your dog(s) may be pulled from the pack and Staff will do whatever they have to do to prevent the behavior from reoccurring (time-out, redirect behavior, etc.) IF this aggressive behavior persists, we reserve the right to ask for the parent to take the dog for a time-out or to you may be asked to remove your dog(s)from the yard or premises until they can play nicely.
15 - Members must either retain possession of their leashes or utilize leash racks. -Neighborhood Bark is not responsible for lost leashes; however we will do what we can to help you find them.
16 - Members are to clean up after their dog(s). All waste must be bagged and disposed of properly in the marked receptacles.
17 - No Digging or Destructive Behavior.
18 - Our most broken Rule……… No HUMPING!
